This session includes a 45-60min. phone call or virtual session with Mandy Spann RN, CLC, HBCE to discuss your wants, needs, and desires for your birth.

You will be given evidence based information for each part of your birth plan and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.

After the session a personalized birth plan will be e-mailed to you, which you may print out and use for your birth.

(Birth plans may not be changed/edited by the client. Birth plans are for your use at your birth only.)
